Hi, I’m Kevin Taylor, a REALTOR® with REAL Broker LLC, based right here in Virginia Beach.

For me, this business has always been about people first. Over the years I’ve helped a lot of families buy and sell homes across Hampton Roads, from the oceanfront and the bay neighborhoods to Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk and across the water to Hampton and Newport News, and that’s still the part I love most.

A lot of the families I work with are military, and many are buying with a VA loan. I know orders don’t wait for the perfect market, so I plan around your report date, run virtual tours when you can’t be here, and keep everyone, from your lender to your inspector, moving on the same timeline.

I work with buyers, sellers and investors, and I bring the same thing to every one of them: honest advice, real energy, and a phone that I actually answer. If something comes up that I don’t know, I find out fast and get right back to you.
