This site is run by Kevin Taylor, REALTOR®, a Virginia real estate salesperson (license #0225208070) with REAL Broker, LLC. This policy explains, in plain English, what I collect through this website and what I do with it.
What I collect
When you fill out a form, I receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, and, depending on the form, a property address, your timeline, price range, preferred area, property type, whether you plan to use a VA loan, and any message you write. I also record that you checked the consent box.
How I use it
I use your information to reply to you and to help you with real estate: by phone call, text message, or email. I may share it with others only as needed to serve you (for example, a lender, title company, or my brokerage, REAL Broker, LLC) or when the law requires it.
I don’t sell your information
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and I don’t share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Hosting and form processing
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., and form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms before they reach me. Netlify may log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the service. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This site keeps cookies to a minimum and does not use advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. If I add analytics in the future, I’ll update this page.
Opting out
Texts: reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them (reply HELP for help). Email: reply asking to be removed, or write to vabchhomes@gmail.com. You can also call or text 757-348-0358.
Your requests
To ask what information I have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email vabchhomes@gmail.com or call 757-348-0358. I may need to keep some records where the law or my brokerage requires it.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll post the update here with a new effective date.
